Personally, I would have never known about the map listing (service) If it were not for a lull in my business. At first, like many of us, I blamed the economy for less business. I had no idea so many people were using phones to search for business, but it made perfect sense, because I would often search for places to eat when I was traveling, using just the maps feature on my phone. So why wouldn’t people use that feature to search for more? That was one of the best questions I have ever ask myself…
After learning all about listing services and getting listed, I took the jump (spending even a little money in this economy is a big deal, I know) and got listed. The result: It helped. Lots. After realizing that I could provide the service to others, I decided to help my friends who were in business. The results? They love me more than they did before – (how’s that for conditional) because their businesses started doing better as a result of greater exposure.
I was even told I should help others “Get Listed” as a Sideline business. At first I didn’t listen. But my body eventually gave me feelings that I should. Namely, fatigue from working too hard. So, this brings us to where we are here and now. This is what I do for you:
First: Just give me some basic information over the phone, and not only will I fill out all the application information for the most valuable listings, but will send you A Special Letter that has all the links, user names, passwords, and access to your accounts. If you wish, you can modify your accounts with more pictures, copy, price changes, ect. - even video!
With Google, Yahoo, Bing, and soon Ask local, taking over much of the LOCAL search results for the service industries, it only makes good sense that your business or service should be listed in the area you do business in.
